New: Signature Express Services

Gua Sha and cupping are incorporated into full-length acupuncture treatments when clinically indicated as part of comprehensive care.

Now, we also offer these treatments, along with ear seeds, as targeted standalone sessions.

Ear Seed Only

Session Length: 15 minutes

Our 15-minute Ear Seed session is a brief, supportive treatment performed by a licensed acupuncturist that uses small adhesive ear seeds to stimulate specific points on the ear.

Best For

Ear seeding is based on auricular therapy principles and is commonly used to support stress regulation, sleep, pain management, digestion, and overall balance.

This service does not involve needles and is gentle, non-invasive, and easy to incorporate into a busy schedule.

Ideal as a standalone treatment, a quick reset, or an add-on to acupuncture or bodywork.

What to Expect

During the session, ear seeds are carefully placed and you will receive guidance on how to gently stimulate them at home for continued benefit over several days.

    •    Placement of ear seeds on selected auricular points

    •    No needles used

Gua Sha Stand Alone

Session Length: 30 minutes

What to Expect

Our 30-minute Gua Sha session is a focused therapeutic treatment performed by a licensed acupuncturist.

Using smooth-edged tools and controlled pressure, this technique helps release:

  • • muscle tension

  • • fascial restriction

  • • other areas of stagnation

A targeted session, focusing on one or two areas such as: the neck, shoulders, back, hips, or extremities — rather than full body.

Temporary redness or light bruising may occur and is a normal, expected response that usually fades within several days.

Best For

Supporting circulation and the body’s natural healing response

This service does not include acupuncture or massage and may be booked as a standalone treatment or as part of an integrated care plan.

Cupping Stand Alone

Session Length: Approximately 30–45 minutes

This focused cupping session is designed to support orthopedic concerns, improve circulation, encourage lymphatic movement, support the turnover of cellular and metabolic waste and promote tissue health in targeted areas of the body.

What to Expect

During the session, your practitioner will assess the area of concern and apply cupping techniques to create gentle suction at the skin and superficial tissue layers.

Treatment intensity and technique are adjusted throughout the session to ensure a comfortable and effective experience.
