Shipping policy

Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Idaho, Nebraska and South Dakota or outside of the continental United States. Orders arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.

Shipping costs

We ship orders using USPS Ground Advantage as our standard shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. This ensures shipping costs are accurate and reflect the size and contents of your purchase.

Occasionally, expedited shipping options (such as USPS Priority Mail) may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

We do not currently ship to Idaho, Nebraska and South Dakota or outside of the continental United States. 

Local Pickup

We offer free pickup. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-3 hours. If you have placed your pickup order after business hours, or within 3 hours of our office closing, your order will be prepared the following day.
