Women’s Health and Fertility

Women’s health is not linear. Neither is healing.

Women’s health is complex, layered, and deeply personal. Our role is not simply to treat symptoms or focus on outcomes, but to support the body and nervous system through regulation, recovery, and balance.

Whether you are navigating menstrual concerns, trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatment, healing after loss, or moving through perimenopause or menopause, we are here to listen carefully, treat thoughtfully, and support you.

Care is always patient-led.

Some patients want to talk; others prefer silence. Some are processing grief; others simply want to feel grounded again. All of this is respected.

Acupuncture

The foundation of our women’s health care. Treatments are designed to support hormonal regulation, improve circulation to the pelvic and reproductive organs, calm the nervous system, and promote overall balance. Sessions evolve with your cycle, life stage, and goals.

The JWell Difference

Whole-Person, Hormone-Informed Care

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we take a whole-body approach to women’s health and fertility, integrating traditional East Asian medicine with modern clinical care to support hormones, cycle health, and nervous system balance together. .

Integrated, Collaborative Treatment Plans

Care is most effective when modalities work together. Through a personalized blend of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and body-based therapies, we create responsive treatment plans that adapt as your needs change.

Individualized, Non-Directive Care

Women’s health and fertility are often approached with rigid timelines or protocols. Our care is adaptive and patient-led—shaped by how your body responds, without assumptions about goals, outcomes, or next steps.

Support Across All Life Stages — Including After Loss

We support women through menstruation, fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause, as well as the physical and emotional healing that can follow infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, or infant loss.

Support After Infertility, Miscarriage, or Pregnancy Loss

We also work with patients who:

  • • Were unable to conceive despite treatment
  • • Have experienced miscarriage or recurrent pregnancy loss
  • • Have gone through complicated or traumatic pregnancies
  • • Are navigating grief after infant loss
  • • Are seeking physical recovery, nervous system support, or reconnection with their body

Care in these moments is not about “trying again” unless and until the patient chooses. Treatment focuses on regulation, restoration, and supporting the body after prolonged stress, hormonal disruption, or trauma.

How Acupuncture & Body-Based Care Can Support Healing

After infertility, loss, or pregnancy-related trauma, it’s common to experience:

  • Nervous system dysregulation (anxiety, numbness, hypervigilance, exhaustion)
  • Hormonal disruption
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Digestive changes
  • Pelvic or abdominal tension
  • A sense of disconnection from the body

Acupuncture and supportive bodywork may help by:

  • Calming the nervous system
  • Supporting circulation and tissue recovery
  • Encouraging hormonal recalibration over time
  • Providing a quiet, contained space for the body to process and heal
