With previous experience at a chiropractor's office, Lili was drawn to wellness-oriented work, but found something different at Jen's practice. "It just feels personal and intentional here," she says. "We're really listening and trying to help."

Working the front desk for the past year while she continues her studies at Montclair State, Lili has witnessed the profound impact of the center's approach. She recalls numerous patients who don’t just find physical relief, but also a space where they can feel comfortable emotionally. "This environment lets people feel vulnerable," she says. "It’s part of what we do for people." 

Daily, she observes patients who "float down the stairs" after acupuncture, transformed from their stressed arrival states into something visibly more relaxed and peaceful.
