Magda's path to massage therapy began with a master's degree in physical education and a lifelong love of athletics. Her perspective on healing shifted during her first husband's cancer treatment, when she witnessed how Reiki therapy brought him comfort in the hospital. After his passing, she felt drawn to help others find relief from pain and began pursuing massage therapy training.

With 11 years of experience, including work with the New York Giants, Magda specializes in deep tissue massage, addressing problem areas with the focused pressure her clients need. Her athletic background and understanding of muscle mechanics inform her customized approach to each session. "I want to help people who have pain," she says. "When my clients say they feel great after the massage, I know I’m in the right specialty."
