Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion combines Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride with a lightweight, fragrance-free moisturizing base for an easy way to incorporate topical magnesium into your everyday routine.
Unlike magnesium sprays and oils, this feels much more like an actual body lotion: smooth, fast-absorbing and non-greasy. Each full pump delivers 30 mg of elemental magnesium, while ingredients including squalane, shea butter, apricot and sweet almond oils, hyaluronic acid and vitamin E help leave skin feeling soft and hydrated.

How to use
Apply a small amount to clean skin on the arms, legs or torso and massage in. Ancient Minerals recommends starting with a modest amount and increasing as desired. Avoid sensitive areas and freshly shaved skin.
